  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or consumed food products.
  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds and Replacements

  • For damaged or incorrect products, we will verify the issue and provide:
    • Replacement of the same product will be made in 7 days.
    • Full refund within 7 business days after verification.
  • Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used for the purchase. (Within 7 Days)
